Responsibilities:

Independently carrying out treatment care according to medical orders
Creating, updating, and evaluating nursing documentation and care plans
Actively participating in quality assurance measures
Attending shift handovers, team meetings, and case discussions

Qualifications:

Completed training in elderly or nursing care, preferably also suitable for beginners or those returning to the workforce
Independent and goaloriented work style
Teamwork skills
Residentoriented approach and thinking
Flexibility and commitment
