- Advanced academic degrees, internship or research experience may count toward the required experience
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of electrical engineering.
- Expertise in one or more technical areas: power electronics/power conversion, analog design, sensors design and interface, electromechanical systems, digital design, FPGA design, automated test development, EMI/EMC, PCB design/manufacture, or other relevant area.
- Experience designing for harsh or mission critical environments including one of aerospace, automotive, aviation, medical, or naval.
- Design electronics (schematic capture & PCB design) for complex space grade products
- Use a variety of tools to analyze and simulate electrical designs, selecting the best tool for the job as required.
- Work in a fast-paced team environment on both R&D and production projects. Debug hardware in a laboratory environment with common lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and multimeters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Test, Software, and FPGA design teams and other specialized teams to develop high quality, reliable hardware for our customers.
