We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) for our MaxMara Store in Baden-Baden.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and highly goal-oriented person with several years of experience in the role of Assistant Store Manager in the fashion and/or luxury industry with a structured retail chain.

You will have the responsibility to maximize sales in accordance with company standards through employee management, training, and personal effort.

Your tasks include:

  • Ensuring and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals through guidelines from the Store Manager;
  • Developing and training employees in coordination with the Store Manager and Floor Manager;
  • Ensuring and implementing key performance indicators to achieve shop productivity;
  • Efficiently managing store space to perfectly meet customer needs;
  • Developing and promoting the skills of the Floor Manager;
