- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve malfunctions or defects in machinery and equipment.
- Carry out repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components or parts, ensuring minimal disruptions to production operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment within the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, using maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other designated tools.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures, standards, and best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with advancements in maintenance technology, techniques, and equipment, and make recommendations for improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational or technical training in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Experience with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance-related software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve maintenance issues effectively.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as required.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

Maintenance Technician Summary
As a maintenance technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and equipment. In this hands-on position, you will perform a wide range of industrial maintenance functions, including troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and inventory management.
