This is a full-time position (Mon. - Fri.).Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, 3 sick days, and 401k.
Must have a good driving record
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process.
- Follow OEM procedures when writing estimates in CCC ONE
- Source and order parts for repairs
- Repair order billing
- Communicate with technicians on repair needs
