Monday through Friday; corporate operating hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintenance of Healix OIC Client Accounts Receivable (A/R)
  • Compiling pertinent data to assess an accurate A/R
  • Notify management team of all delinquent client accounts on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for Funds collection from Healix OIC Clients
  • Timely communication with clients regarding available funds and outstanding invoice amounts
  • Preparation of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) notices per contract terms and/or department policy
  • Submission of EFT forms to clients timely and accurately
  • Preparation of weekly sweep notices per contract terms
  • Follow up on delinquent accounts on a regular basis
  • Compile past due letters for Vice President signature
  • Assist in month and yearend close process and monitor internal controls to properly safeguard the assets of the company
  • Assist with GAAP financial statement preparation
  • Monthly preparation and distribution of designated financial and reimbursement reports to Healix division managers
  • Using current software system
  • Preparing and analyzing financial data as support to client services department
  • Compile Invoices and specialty reports for client distribution
  • Uploading Invoices, specialty reports, and statements to client portal
  • Interact with all levels of management and support staff, clients and vendors
  • Provide support to Business Office management team as assigned
  • Provide financial reports to other departments as necessary

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a fouryear college or university; or one to two years related experience and/ or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience; including Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in the
    _healthcare industry_ preferred but not required.
