    What you'll do:

    • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support in the development of best practices, architectural designs, and technology solutions.
    • Lead and mentor teams in the implementation of complex systems, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the continuous improvement of our technology stack and processes.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software engineering, advocating for their adoption where appropriate.
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient systems that meet business goals and customer needs.
    • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and troubleshooting sessions to ensure the highest standards of development.
    • Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and inclusivity within the team.
    • Lead the end-to-end integration of Workday and SAP SuccessFactors systems with open source technologies in large-scale tier-0 systems.

    • Effective Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills are necessary to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts.     Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and6 years' experience in software engineering or related area.

    Option 2: 8 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
