We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the position of Calculation Clerk (m/f/d) for technical building equipment on a part-time basis at our headquarters in Neuried, located in the south of Munich.


Your responsibilities:

  • Obtaining, comparing, and evaluating supplier offers for technical building equipment within the ERP system
  • Evaluating offers from suppliers (providers of technical building components) and subcontractors
  • Preparing bid submissions
  • Assisting in all areas of calculation
  • Close collaboration with management and the purchasing department

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or similar qualification
  • Career changers from sales or purchasing are also welcome
  • Industry knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA) / HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing) is advantageous
  • Technical understanding and enjoyment of independent work
  • Enjoyment of working with numbers
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, first experience with ERP systems (PDS, Bare Software
