For almost 20 years, the IMAGE company group has been developing solutions for radiological image processing and diagnostics in the heart of Rostock. Our software for image viewing and diagnosis, picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), and radiology information systems (RIS) is distributed worldwide through our global sales partner network.

To strengthen our service team in Rostock, we are seeking an Employee Technical Support (f/m/x) with a focus on Jamestown.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Installing and connecting innovative medical IT systems
  • Assisting customers and dealers in effectively using our solutions
  • Approaching challenges with a focus on quality and process orientation
  • Collaborating with the development team to enhance our products

What we are looking for:

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a similar degree
  • Open-mindedness and a team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in German and English
