Are you a skilled professional with a background in business? We are currently seeking a Key Account Management Assistant (m/f/d) for our client in the cosmetics industry in Cameron Park.

This position is available immediately and is full-time (39 hours per week). After the training period, remote work is possible.

  • Supporting the Key Account Management team, particularly in the area of drugstores and retail
  • Managing the entire order process from placement to delivery
  • Handling complaints and returns in close collaboration with customers
  • Conducting sales and revenue analyses to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and accounting
  • Creating product profiles and cost calculations, as well as maintaining customer data, terms, and prices.
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk) or a similar qualification
  • Ideally, some experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills and a love for numbers
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP R/3 is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of English for occasional phone calls
  • A structured and proactive approach to work, with good organizational skills
