This is what you will do with us

Work & Shine is looking for a leader to head our academy in person at our location in Bad Kissingen after 2 years of establishment.

As an independent entity within Klinik Bavaria, the academy leadership position is responsible for all relevant information from seminars, workshops, and individual coaching sessions. This is the communication and leadership interface of the academy. Therefore, in addition to a willingness to continue developing oneself, it requires excellent communication skills, charismatic presence, a high level of self-reflection, and full identification with the values of our Klinik Bavaria's mission statement. And a clear YES to what makes Work & Shine unique: openness, transparency, creativity, and empathetic professionalism, woven into a lived togetherness and mutual respect. This position requires an initiator, team leader, and structure provider; in short: a jack-of-all-trades.
