We are looking for a _highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to _provide support to our Sales events professional.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assists in scheduling & coordination
  • Perform clerical & administrative duties
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Food & beverage knowledge
  • General knowledge of docu sign & contracts
  • Writing and distributing correspondence
  • Gathering supplies
  • Handling basic office tasks
  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering questions, responding to complaints ands requests
  • Running errands
  • Knowledge in Triple seat or event management software

Qualifications:


  • Bilingual plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Polished appearance
  • Able to multitask at a fast paced
- ability to follow tasks lists
- strong general computer skills (excel, word, date entry, spreadsheets, calendars)
