We are currently looking for a full-time Safety Specialist / Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d) for our locations in Dülmen and Heyrothsberge, starting as soon as possible.

The position can be filled at either of the two locations, with responsibility split evenly between both.

Your responsibilities:
Providing support and advice to site management, supervisors, employee representatives, and all employees in implementing legal and company-specific regulations and measures related to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection, and continuously monitoring their compliance Preparing and actively accompanying safety audits/inspections Participating in and advising on the creation of risk assessments and operating instructions Conducting training on HSE topics and developing relevant training and instruction templates Managing hazardous substance management Acting as a point of contact for authorities, accident insurance providers,
