Starting from July 10, 2023, we will be conducting passenger surveys on behalf of the Verkehrsverbund Mittelsachsen (VMS) in buses and trains.

Help us strengthen the public transportation in your region.


What to expect from us:

  • You will be traveling on public transportation and interviewing passengers about their travel route and ticket.
  • The answers will be recorded using a smartphone provided by us.
  • Your working hours are very flexible you can inform us of your availability and we will find a suitable shift for you.
  • The collected data will be uploaded to our servers at the end of the shift.

What we are looking for:

  • No prior experience is required
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Excellent German language skills.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Friendly and openminded towards passengers.
  • Independent and conscientious work ethic.
  • Wellgroomed and confident appearance.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Willingness to adjust your working hours according to the VMS schedule.
