Your tasks:

You feel comfortable in the dynamic field of HR, from A for employment contracts to Z for time management and references.
You thrive in supporting employees and acting as a sparring partner for managers in all HRrelated, labor law, and works council matters.
You work closely with external payroll providers, as well as other internal and external interfaces (works council, authorities, external service providers).
You support in statistical evaluations and applicant management.
You actively participate in the implementation of HR projects.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on HR and payroll or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in operational HR.
You have excellent knowledge of labor and works council law, as well as operational HR processes.
