Your tasks:

Independent execution, coordination and supervision of planned maintenance and energy modernization measures as well as construction and expansion work within our residential and commercial properties
Close cooperation with the internal departments of our asset management, commercial leasing and commercial property management
Management and control of external partners (e.g. FM service providers, architecture and engineering offices)
Preparation of technical budget plans

Your profile:

Ideally, you have a degree in engineering in the fields of energy and building technology or architecture
Alternatively, you have a vocational training in the field of technical building equipment and are also enthusiastic about topics related to high and interior construction
You are familiar with HOAI, VOB and DIN standards
Secure user knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge would be desirable
Customer and qualityoriented way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
You are a team player, but also enjoy leading projects independently
