Are you looking for a position as Head of Technical Refrigeration Systems & Energy Management (m/f/d) in the district of Vechta? If you want to work in a healthy medium-sized company, we should talk.

The position is permanent and directly employed by our client. The workplace is located in the area of Holdorf in the district of Vechta.

Your tasks:

Leadership and management of technicians;
Ensuring the daily operations and compliance with relevant guidelines for occupational safety, hygiene, environment, energy and quality, including the effective implementation, maintenance and improvement of the energy management system (EnMS);
Technical preparation and followup of service assignments with corresponding action planning;
Determination of criteria and procedures necessary to ensure effective functioning and control of the EnMS;
Negotiation of service contracts and service partner contracts with relevant service providers;
Planning of energy efficiency projects and accompanying project implementation (deadline, time and cost control);
Planning/conducting internal audits;
Regular training of employees.

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a master/technician/engineer, preferably in the field of NH3 refrigeration technology with further training in energy management;
Demonstrably high technical understanding of systems and willingness to learn for projects in the digital field (use of AI);
Very good knowledge of the requirements catalogues necessary for the energy management system (DIN EN 16001, ISO 50001, VDI 4602, etc.);
