'The Bielefelder Franziskus Hospital is one of five acute care hospitals within the Catholic Hospital Association of East Westphalia. Each year, approximately 13,000 inpatients and 31,000 outpatients are treated in the ten specialist clinics and centers (obesity center, endoprosthesis center, and oncology center with breast cancer center, colon cancer center, and prostate cancer center). The Franziskus Hospital has a modern 16-bed intensive care unit where all common intensive care procedures are performed. The entire hospital is certified annually according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and has patient-oriented workflows. Our employees are dedicated and passionate, with a strong focus on equality, a family-like atmosphere, and flat hierarchies.

We are currently seeking a second ward manager (m/f/d) for our intensive care unit in full-time and part-time positions.


Responsibilities:

  • You will have disciplinary and professional leadership responsibility for the nursing team as part of the management team.
  • You will also be responsible for adhering to economic guidelines and for goaloriented and costeffective personnel planning.
  • You will ensure nursing quality in accordance with legal requirements and professional, economic, and qualityrelated aspects.
  • You will continuously review work processes and collaborate with the medical team and other service providers to optimize the overall care process.
