    Roger Keith & Sons Insurance is looking for a new PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team. We are hiring in our Weymouth office. We're not just looking for any Personal Lines Account Manager, we're looking for the one who is detail oriented and driven to provide outstanding customer service. As our new Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll be joining us to provide our clients with the appropriate policies to protect what matters most to them.     Responsibilities
    • Responsible for managing a book of Personal lines clients and polices
    • Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain account retention.
    • Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
    • Developing insurance quotes and marketing renewals.
    • Rounding accounts
    • Processing endorsements, issuing insurance documentation including RTA's and binders, and assisting customers with claims.
    • Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and upselling.

    Requirements
    • The candidate must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 12 months after employment.
    • 1-3 Years of Personal Lines experience. Independent agency experience preferred.
    • Solid computer and technical skills, AMS 360 experience a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Ability to work independently
    • A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
