Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager


Location:
Hingham, MA

Insurance Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from clients and companies
• Accurately service existing policies
• Quote and present offers of insurance to new prospects including cross sell opportunities
• Ability to identify client coverage needs and answer technical questions
• Process RMV documents
• Manage expiration reports
• Assist with agency marketing efforts
• Respond to billing and claims inquiries
• Assist where necessary as member of agency team

Insurance Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years personal lines experience in agency, company or service center
• Active MA producer license
• Knowledge of personal auto, homeowners, flood, and umbrella products
• Proficiency in Epic or similar management system preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year


Work setting:

• Hybrid work

Experience:

• Insurance: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

• National Producers License (preferred)
