What you'll be doing with us:

Do you want to take on responsibility? Then become a clerk in our logistics department and contribute to stable, high-quality, and cost-effective logistics processes for our markets.

You can expect many exciting challenges:

You will handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone and process them before forwarding them to the relevant department.
You will check, book, and research market complaints in the appropriate systems.
You will perform general administrative tasks.
You will handle internal correspondence with the logistics departments, ensuring smooth communication with the markets and market managers.
You will take care of processing and booking returns from the markets.

Ideally, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have some work experience in the abovementioned areas we also welcome career changers.
Your strong communication skills and friendly, competent manner when dealing with customers over the phone.
Your strong commitment and independent, reliable way of working.
Your excellent knowledge of PC systems and MS Office applications.
Ideally, you have previous knowledge of logistics processes and a quick understanding of complex processes and connections.
