Our client is a rapidly growing family-owned company with a long-term presence and strategic focus.

Through their diverse portfolio, they have excellent access to private individuals and property owners who are planning to convert their properties to solar energy and are seeking a reliable partner - from initial technical and commercial consultation to installation and ongoing service.

The company is based in the Hamburg area.

We are seeking entrepreneurial solar experts who want to build this business area with a strong partner by their side.

We are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term perspective in a future market. Your main focus will be on developing and expanding the market. For back-office tasks such as personnel or finances, you will have strong partners within the group.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for building the business area
  • Designing efficient structures and processes, including integration into the company group
  • Building a team of specialists and managers (planned to have a threedigit number of employees with multiple locations in northern Germany)
  • Establishing partnerships, for example with energy suppliers, technology partners, or installation companies
  • Budget and results responsibility

Qualifications:

  • Qualified education/degree
  • Several years of experience and knowledge in the solar market (e.g. from a larger installation company, as a "solar/photovoltaic manager" at an energy provider/power supplier/municipal utility, manufacturer of solar systems/charging infrastructure/wall boxes)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with technical and business management skills
  • Ideally living in the greater Hamburg area
