- Outstanding communication, leadership, and client development skills
- Experience in managing complex, multi-entity, or global projects is highly desired
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management approaches
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- PMP certification or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in Material Handling or Warehousing and Distribution
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including MS Project
- Lead project teams to deliver material handling projects that meet business objectives
- Provide exceptional service to customers with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
- Ensure optimal project solutions, timelines, and costs by collaborating with various teams
- Travel to customer sites for sales support, design reviews, and project assistance
- Prepare necessary project documentation and identify potential risks
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to maintain product quality
- Conduct regular calls with customers to address reported issues and provide updates on progress
- Create detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to budget and timelines
- Monitor project costs, risks, and customer expectations
- Identify sales opportunities related to ongoing projects
- Review and approve purchase requisitions
- Participate in training, quality assurance, and process development
- Up to 25% travel required for job site support
- Most tasks and communication will be done virtually
- Some physical exertion and exposure to hazardous tools may be necessary
