Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for contract-compliant processing of projects
- Control and monitoring of project implementation (timely, technical, commercial)
- Local control and direct contact person for involved professionals (architects, engineers, experts, construction companies, etc.)
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously
- Idea and concept development for existing and new building areas in collaboration with internal and external project participants
- Establishing contacts with local authorities, authorities, and regional project partners
- Independent conduct of contract negotiations and awards
- Creation and control of annual budgets
- Technical support and coordination of internal property managers
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering, alternatively also without a degree with corresponding professional experience
- Professional experience as a project/builder manager for real estate with a focus on construction execution
- Very good knowledge of HOAI and VOB as well as MS Excel
- Good knowledge in the field of building law (official building application/approval procedures) & structural fire protection
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high level of initiative
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and decision-making
