Your tasks

-Project Manager (m/f/d) for crossing and right-of-way for the Wilhelmshaven 2–Conneforde project in the northwest of Lower Saxony

-Independent organization and acquisition of crossing, permission, as well as road and special use agreements within the framework of a pipeline construction project

-Responsibility for commissioning, reviewing and approving crossing documents (according to the requirements of crossing approval procedures) as well as deriving ancillary conditions

-Support in processing the road use concept and documenting the processes for crossing management for the assigned project

-Negotiation with property owners, users, associations, municipalities or other public institutions and preparation of communication with public authorities

-Management of external service providers and monitoring of invoices and fees

Your profile

-Successfully completed technical or commercial studies (university/FHH), such as electrical or surveying engineering or industrial engineering or commercial law

-Solid professional experience in the technical field, ideally in traffic route planning for linear infrastructure projects, and in communication with authorities

-Proficient in MS Office 365 and SAP

-Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English

-Assertiveness and negotiation skills

-Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as independent and systematic work approach
