    This position is a part of a 5 year contract at the Atlantic City Airport, which an ideal candidate would be able to relocate temporarily with a negotiable relocation fee.

    Pay

    • $34.00-$38.00/hourdepending on experience

    Responsibilities

    • Perform condition assessments.
    • Conduct daily walk-through surveys of areas and buildings as directed.
    • Report on Electrical/Mechanical/Structural/Architectural facility-related problems found.
    • Provide Cost estimates and statements of work related to correcting issues found.
    • Submit work requests for problems identified.
    • Follow up on work requests.
    • Properly route work requests using Tracking Software
    • Submit survey reports.
    • Lead or participate in meetings and conference calls.
    • Work cross-functionally with other customers and tenants within the work site.
    • Escort contractors at work sites.

    Job requirements

    • Construction Inspector / Structural or Civil Engineering Technician background
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States
    • Must be able to obtain a Suitability/Public Trust Clearance
    • Should be proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Should have aminimum of 5 years of demonstrable building electrical/mechanical/structural/Architectural condition assessment experience
    • Ability to support 8-hour shifts ranging from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hours per week. Weekend and off-shift support may be required in rare instances
    • Must be willing to commute toAtlantic City, NJ Airport
