We offer a selection of approximately 20,000 bicycles, high-quality accessories, and the latest clothing highlights for both leisure riders and those with a competitive edge. Our unique self-developed testing equipment and indoor test tracks provide our customers with an unparalleled experience, making us the largest selection in NRW.
We are currently seeking to expand our team and are looking for Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) in Gelsenkirchen.


If you are passionate about bicycles and have a strong focus on customer service, then this is the perfect opportunity for you Whether it's the first contact through our various communication channels such as phone, live chat, or email, or welcoming customers in our store, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.


Your responsibilities:

  • Communication hub
You will handle customer inquiries from all areas of daily business via phone, email, and live chat.

  • New bike handover


You will inform customers about all the important details, show them how to use the bike, and adjust the seat position to their individual needs.


  • Customer guide
You will welcome our customers at the information point.
You will be the central point of contact for all kinds of information and inquiries.
You will organize communication between customers and our sales and service teams.
