Your responsibilities:


  • You will respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, assist them with any issues, and provide guidance on how to best use our event management software
  • You will help ensure a smooth process for online registration and payment processing
  • You will act as a liaison between our users and our product management and software development teams
  • You will support us in improving our customer service by creating support materials, conducting webinars and trainings
  • You will contribute your own ideas and suggestions to shape and optimize our customer service processes to meet the everchanging demands of a rapidly growing software company

Your profile:


  • You have relevant education and work experience, or a degree
  • You have a strong interest in IT and ideally have previous experience in customer service in the software industry
  • You are comfortable communicating with customers in both German and English, and enjoy helping and advising others
  • You have a strong service mentality, negotiation skills, and hold yourself to high standards in your work
  • You are able to work independently and in a structured manner, and enjoy tackling challenging problems
