Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

CSA is seeking a Senior Software Developer who will lead and direct a team in providing operations and maintenance support to deployed suites of software.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

Responsible for leading and directing a team providing operations and maintenance support to deployed suites of software
Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis
Update software or enhance existing software capabilities
Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements
Maintain databases within an application area while working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
Responsible for researching, testing, building, and integrating new products or major enhancements
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-

Active Secret clearance required

Certifications:
Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2)
Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience, including the following:
Five (5) years of experience leading software development efforts
Five (5) years of experience in an Agile environment consisting of two (2) development teams comprised of at least five (5) members
Two (2) years of experience developing systems code using C++, C#, Java, and JavaScript
Ability to work onsite as required
