About The Role


Reporting to the Head of Marketing for sune, the Social Media Mgr will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

This is a dynamic role that requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create compelling content for social media posts, including written captions, graphics, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate meaningful relationships with the online community.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance results.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media tools, platforms, and trends, and recommend innovative approaches to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines related to social media and ensure compliance in all activities.
What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
  • Indepth knowledge of popular social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful content.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and generate innovative social media ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Passionate about social media trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing.

Salary:
$100, $120,000.00
