- Partner with product and engineering peers to develop thorough testing plans for features and projects
- Execute thorough manual testing of scenarios and communicate detailed findings of issues and sign off
- Document detailed test cases for automated testing purposes
- Build automated testing solutions to improve the availability and quality of our software
- Support product and engineering peers through any and all testing use cases
- Write high quality tests and any scripting/code that accommodates testability/testing processes
- Develop a thorough understanding of our space in relation to the business, customer, and peer engineering teams/stacks
- Be able to review test plans as well as writing high quality test plan documents yourself
- Be able to clearly communicate both successfully and problematic testing findings with accompanying details, pictures/videos/screen captures to assist the engineering team
