    Job DescriptionComputer Support SpecialistsNew York, NY – Long-Term Contract100% On-SiteFusco Personnel is actively recruiting for Computer Support Specialists to join our client located in the New York, NY area. This is a full-time, long-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within the NYS system, or proven experience providing high-level support. Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provide technical assistance to computer system users.
    • Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from a remote location.
    • May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
    • May enter commands at a computer terminal and set controls on computer and peripheral devices.
    • Monitor and respond to operating and error messages.
    • Must have advanced computer and software skills/ knowledge beyond those defined in Computer Operator including skills in multiple software.
    Requirements/Experience:
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience, Minimum of 1-year experience working in a professional office setting
    • Prior administrative and office assistant experience is preferred.
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Word, Outlook
    Salary:
    • $20.00-$25.00/hr – based on qualifications and experience.
