We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team.

As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to consistently exceed our clients' expectations.


Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate and efficient assistance
Identify and address customer needs, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Log customer interactions and effectively manage customer databases
Continuously meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
Follow company policies, procedures, and protocols consistently


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
