- The main function of a construction manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc.
- This role consists of attending safety meetings, attending project coordination meetings, and working shoulder to shoulder with LOTO coordinator.
- Will be auditing mechanical install for electrical plumbing etc.... as we get closer to commissioning, will focus on LOTO program to ensure its being followed correctly.
- LOTO coordinator is someone returning on locked systems (lock out system to finish work downstream – lockout breaker so contractor can finish work to ensure they are working safely as they get close).
- Audit to make sure everything is safe, take string of locks & audit if it put together correctly, if system was locked out before work was being performed etc) must be strong construction/mechanical/electrical person to be able to audit the LOTO system quickly.
- Mechanical/electrical experience – 10+ years
- Executing LOTO – 10+years
- MEP support experience.
- Commissioning
- Auditing mechanical install for electrical plumbing etc
- Best - Experience in MEP or leaning towards electrical experience or has been part of a commissioning team or participated in LOTO oversight.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 – $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
