    Description

    JOB ROLE:

    As a Construction Coordinator - Electrical, you will take on the responsibility of representing the Owner and overseeing various aspects of project safety, design, construction management, quality, and schedule adherence.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and coordinate construction activities, collaborating with engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to solve design or specification issues
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
    • Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills to drive project success
    • Ensure program targets are met according to project scope
    • Provide technical expertise on equipment, design standards, and processes
    • Assist in tracking project progress, productivity, and schedule adherence
    • Identify and resolve conflicts with contractors and assist in evaluations of constructability
    • Attend meetings, assist with RFIs, and address quality issues

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Project coordination experience in industrial construction
    • Minimum of 10 years in electrical construction
    • Ability to interpret Piping Drawings
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety
    • Knowledge of project control techniques and scheduling

    PERSONAL SKILLS:

    • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
    • Effective scope management and problem resolution abilities
    • Skilled in managing project issues throughout its lifecycle

    TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and project interfaces
    • Comprehensive knowledge of industry design standards, construction techniques, and equipment specifications
