    About Our Client

    My client is a leading luxury ready to wear fashion brand, with stores across the globe.

    Job Description

  • Collaborate with HQ, Merchandising, Retail Management, and Logistics to develop and implement operational standards and procedures, enhancing performance and efficiency
  • Supervise the implementation of standardized operational processes across all region stores
  • Manage security & loss prevention, tailor shop equipment, cleaning, food and beverage, packaging, and store systems
  • Analyze data to identify operational strengths and weaknesses, develop solutions, and create strategies to optimize work flow and team performance. Implement best practices from other markets where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all region stores
  • Oversee inventory counts and implement strategies to address inventory issues
  • Serve as Project Manager for store system implementations, ensuring operational excellence standards and compliance
  • Conduct store training on operations, policies, processes, and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and organized store inventory through periodic counts, inventories, and reconciliations
  • Manage IT concerns and partner with the IT department to resolve ongoing issues
  • Collaborate with store planning and retail ops department to address store maintenance needs promptly and effectively

    The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, including oversight of multiple locations
  • Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and processes effectively, driving change in a dynamic setting
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
  • Team player mindset
  • Knowledge of and experience with various retail systems (experience with SAP and POS systems is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
