- Typing finance contracts and extended warranties & submitting paperwork with payment
- Managing online title processing
- Entering purchase orders and establishing vendors for Accounts Payable invoices
- Acquiring trucks from invoices and maintaining daily filing
- Sorting and organizing all truck files post invoice filing, R.O.'s, etc.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of truck files for year-end storage
- Dispatching Fed-Ex / UPS packages
- Receiving trucks and key tags
- Updating unit information for truck files
- Placing orders for office supplies
- Handling phone calls when the cashier is away from the desk
- Processing sales payments at the cashier's office
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of one year of experience in the field or a related area
- Valid driver's license with a clean record, ability to travel to local Secretary of State office, and willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
