    Description
    High-growth venture capital fund looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team.

    We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical and communication skills, a hunger to learn, the capacity to multi-task, and the ability to work as part of a team.

    You will work together with the CFO and Founding Partner to provide insights on portfolio company performance and trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze portfolio company monthly financial results, review bank reporting packages, and evaluate cash forecasts
    • Support portfolio company annual budgeting process and model building
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis utilizing financial, operational, and sales data
    • Establish and maintain relationships with finance teams of the portfolio companies

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a focus in Finance or Accounting
    • 2-5 years of Finance/Accounting experience, preferred
    • Ability to communicate at various levels of an organization and build relationships with stakeholders
    • Proactive and high-energy with a hands-on approach to problem solving
    • Results-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and expeditiously
