- Title: Customer Service Rep
- Employment Type: Contract Project - 1 to 2 Weeks
- Location: Plantation, FL or Miramar, FL | ONSITE
- Salary: $24.00/hr
- Start Date: End of May/Start of June
- Schedule: Must be open to work shifts between 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM Monday - Sunday (Must be available for weekend scheduling)
- Training: 1 to 2 Days
- Assist callers with questions and navigations of healthcare, health insurance, or meal benefits
- Serve as single point of contact for customers and build a strong relationship supporting them.
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.
- GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
- 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
- Call Center / Health Care / Insurance environment highly preferred
