    ManTech has a need for a Digital Forensics Support Analyst in Chantilly, VA to support a team of elite Digital Forensics Engineers. As an analyst on our team, you will receive support requests from end users, gather user requirements, document requirements and communicate the user requirements to our team of engineers. The ideal candidate will be extremely customer focused, able to communicate highly technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders and have an interest in the digital forensics field.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Perform initial forensic examination of incoming requests including forensic imaging or converting the data to a useable format for the specialists as needed.
    • Receive requests from end users, gather analytic and technical requirements, clarify requirements, document requirements and present to the engineering team.
    • Gather requirements, relevant background information, documentation, and technical details.
    • Manage new work requests for an organization with multiple technical Subject Matter Experts.
    • Responsible for entering and maintaining relevant data and documentation in the primary knowledge management system for the customer organization.
    • Able to communicate highly technical information with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders in the customer organization.
    • Operate with exceptional customer focus with attention to detail and bias for action.
    • Manage competing priorities in dynamic, fast-paced enterprise environment.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of experience in a technical support, systems analyst, helpdesk, requirements analyst or other relevant position
    • Bachelor's degree or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
    • Experience working in the intelligence community (IC)
    • Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Understanding of basic technology such as operating systems, mobile device platforms and common internet terms
    • Basic knowledge of digital forensics, reverse engineering, mobile forensics, or similar concepts, technologies and/or tools
    • Experience with computer forensic analysis software such as Xways, FTKimager, EnCase, or similar
    • Experience writing or running basic Python scripts

    Clearance requirements: Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph

    Physical requirements: must be able to remain in sedentary position at least 50% of the time
