    Advertising ManagementManages advertising campaignsMaintains campaign budgetsPulls together promo materials for all adsReviews creative assetsCoordinates with Website & Digital Coordinator on landing page and other digital assetsMain point of contact with Digital Account ManagerWork with media buyerCreate yearly schedules and keep on top of production deadlinesCampaign reporting and analysisConstant Contact ManagementMaintaining Lists - (including warranty & freezer & new customers)Sales promo emails - weeklySocial MediaSocial content calendarPost on all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & PinterestRun in house social ad campaignsManage budgets & receiptsStay on top of new social trendsCo-op AdvertisingWork with vendors on promotions and assets when neededSubmit for compliance reviewsClaim co-op reimbursementsProvide receipts and back-up reporting to vendorsPresentations to vendors to request additional fundingSmall creative projects (as needed)Other Marketing Related Assistance and Event Coordination as requested.

    Some overnight travel and/or weekend event support may be required.


    Software:
    Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Canva, Constant Contact (or similar). Adobe Photoshop or any html a plus but not required.
