    Description
    Insight Global is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator in the Ballantyne, NC area. This role will be supporting a Digital Marketing Specialist with print, digital, and social media campaigns. This person will be responsible for administrative functions within marketing, as well as creating graphics using Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates will have solid foundation and understanding of digital marketingboth organic and paid.

    The role works closely with a highly collaborative team to create content and is responsible for all updates, design, printing/production, of all collateral materials needed to represent our brands effectively.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    o Helps to plan, produce, and implement high quality advertising for use across multiple platforms.

    o Responsible for the planning, development, design, and production of a variety of creative projects that result in high quality, brand consistent collateral that is used for internal and external audiences.


    o Execute digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRO) strategies across company website

    o Manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

    o Work closely with other team members on copywriting and content creation.

    o The digital marketing specialist will have an understanding of timeliness and the ability to prioritize tasks.

    o Responsible for graphic requests for logos, photographs, and product releases.

    o Responsible for social media postings and reporting back metrics via Hootsuite

    Experience working with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook


    • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
    • Supply Chain Management experience
    • Familiarity with Salesforce. com, SEMrush, WordPress, Hotjar, Mailchimp, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or Autodesk Maya
    • KeyShot/3D rendering software
    • BS in Marketing, Graphic Communications or related (can be flex with someone with experience that doesn't have degree)
    • Adobe Creative Suite experience
    • Creative eye with experience with web design, page layout, and graphic design
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
    • Clear communicator, especially when it comes to the technical details of how digital marketing works
