    Description
    1. Advertising Management
      1. Manages advertising campaigns
      2. Maintains campaign budgets
      3. Pulls together promo materials for all ads
      4. Reviews creative assets
      5. Coordinates with Website & Digital Coordinator on landing page and other digital assets
      6. Main point of contact with Digital Account Manager
      7. Work with media buyer
      8. Create yearly schedules and keep on top of production deadlines
      9. Campaign reporting and analysis
    2. Constant Contact Management
      1. Maintaining Lists - (including warranty & freezer & new customers)
      2. Sales promo emails - weekly
    3. Social Media
      1. Social content calendar
      2. Post on all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Pinterest
      3. Run in house social ad campaigns
      4. Manage budgets & receipts
      5. Stay on top of new social trends
    4. Co-op Advertising
      1. Work with vendors on promotions and assets when needed
      2. Submit for compliance reviews
      3. Claim co-op reimbursements
      4. Provide receipts and back-up reporting to vendors
      5. Presentations to vendors to request additional funding
    5. Small creative projects (as needed)
    Other Marketing Related Assistance and Event Coordination as requested. Some overnight travel and/or weekend event support may be required.

    Software: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Canva, Constant Contact (or similar). Adobe Photoshop or any html a plus but not required.
