Currently, we are automating and integrating many digital processes. This is where you come in


As a working student (m/f/d) for process automation, you will support the development of our internal business processes and data structures.

You will work closely with the management and various teams and be able to quickly familiarize yourself with our existing processes and think about how they can be made more efficient with existing and new tools


Tasks:

  • Automation of work processes within tools such as Asana and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • Building databases
  • Support us in developing digital, automated workplace strategies and explore potentials for implementing generative AI (e.g. developing our own GPTs)

Qualifications:

  • You are enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. computer science, business informatics, IT, engineering).
  • Knowledge of process automation and experience with lowcode/nocode automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, including working with APIs
  • Interest in AI technologies and the ability to effectively use and integrate AI
