Your tasks:

Disciplinary and professional management of the QS team
Professional support for central quality management
Conducting briefings and training sessions
Participation in new and further developments of processes in the specialist department (focus on quality assurance)
Participation in continuous improvement processes
Organization and participation in complaint processing
Preparation and evaluation of areaspecific statistics and reports
Documentation and evaluation of work results (MS Office, CSB, SAP)
Acting as an interface for adjacent specialist departments
Monitoring/conducting productionrelated controls
Participation in the organization and planning of production trials
Monitoring compliance with quality requirements in the production area
Monitoring compliance with company and general guidelines for environment, safety, and health
Participation in the design of management documents (work instructions, checklists, forms, etc.) on behalf of the management, ensuring content and formal consistency
Review and improvement of the HACCP concept
Control of operational, environmental, and employee hygiene
Conducting internal audits
Performing and supporting quality audits (e.g. IFS, Q&S)
Monitoring and updating QM documents
Collaboration and exchange with other departments to initiate and implement preventive measures in case of deviations from the target state

Your profile:

Education/experience in the food industry, possibly with knowledge of quality management/assurance (e.g. meat or food technician, completed degree in food technology or food management, master butcher
