- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, leadership, resource allocation)
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, quality, productivity, and inventory processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Plant Assistant Manager will ensure the packinghouse operates efficiently, safely, productively, by also developing and executing cost-effective production plans that maximize output and efficiency, meet, and exceed company goals all while ensuring the company continues being profitable and producing the best quality fruit.
