Office Coordinator and Assistant to the Management - Yettem, United States - Titan Technologies
Description
We are looking for you to join our team in the office.
A specific vocational training is not mandatory. However, you should have a quick grasp, be resilient, and have several years of professional experience in this field.
We aim for a long-term collaboration in any case. The position is intended as a permanent employment and can be started at the earliest possible date.
The weekly working hours are 35-40 hours with a 5-day week.
Become part of the administrative team at Sieber Consult in Lindau starting immediately.
What can you expect?
- You coordinate office processes
- You handle telephone service (switchboard)
- You assist the management
- You prepare fee proposals and fee contracts
- You are responsible for invoicing
- You support the individual project managers and are responsible for material orders
What should you bring?
- You have excellent knowledge of Outlook, especially in managing multiple calendars and organizing appointments
- You have good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Word, Excel, SAP, etc.)
- You are proficient in the new German spelling
- You have a good understanding of mathematical relationships
- You are fluent in keyboard operation (10 fingers)
