    Job Summary

    The Regional Manager will manage the operations of our Eagleford Region.

    Duties include ensuring employees follow all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to the storage, delivery, and usage of all products that the company supplies.

    The Regional Manager is responsible for operating within the guidelines of the budget and provide other services as requested by management.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities


    Region Performance:
    Responsible for overall profit and loss financial performance with focus on safety, profitability, growth, and exceptional customer service
    Oversee day-to-day operations within the region including continuous awareness with regular in-person training
    Manage disaster relief services including operational support of customer sites
    Directly support and lead customer growth goals in coordination with sales team and management
    Coordinate and implement all safety initiatives as directed by the company safety committee
    Responsible for the coordination of fleet maintenance, safety records, DOT files/records and overall assets compliance using company fleet management and compliance
    Monitor and implement all safety practices as regarded by regulatory agencies and company policies
    Provides feedback to senior management regarding region performance including competitor information
    Maintain adequate systems knowledge and provide systems support to plant
    Responsible for inventory management and pricing programs
    Meet or exceed budget revenue guidelines and control expenses to meet or exceed budget requirements
    Evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly plant reporting as required by senior management and ensure that functions at each plant are performed as required
    Responsible for accounts receivable for the region and closely monitor accounts
    Responsibility of overall delivery and service work efficiency including oversight of systems and repairs
    Responsible for all the coordination and execution of all company initiatives, policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
    Coordinate with management on equipment needs and repairs including procurement forecasting and asset optimization


    Personnel Management:
    This position will directly supervise employees of the Eagleford Region
    Assists with recruiting and hiring, while responsible for onboarding and training employees based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
    Coordinates with administration the compliance of office staff with established company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping procedures
    Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees


    Customer Service:
    Ensure region personnel provides timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries
    Resolves customer problems by clarifying customer concerns; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
    Responsible for achieving acceptable customer positive reviews on review platform

    Qualifications


    Required Skills/Abilities:
    Proven leadership and ability to drive area sales
    Must be able to coach and motivate a team
    Must have excellent interpersonal skills
    Good listening skills
    Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
    Service oriented
    Ability to attain necessary certifications to ensure plant success


    Education, Certification, Licenses Required:
    A Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with at least ten (10) years of management experience; or a combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is required
    Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record


    Physical, Mental, Behavioral Requirements:
    Regularly and safely lifts, carries, and handles supplies and equipment weighing at least pounds
    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch
