ABOUT THE ROLE
As a specialist (m/f/d) for our internal warehouse, you will continue to develop our warehouse system within our company. You will ensure that our inventory and goods are always available at the right time. In addition, you will be responsible for internal distribution of goods.

We plan to expand this position in Munich so that you will also manage and maintain the entire workshop, including equipment.

You will also have the opportunity to support production in goods receipt and dispatch. The role is initially limited to 1 year and can be filled full-time or part-time.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Management of our warehouse system
  • Internal distribution, sorting and storage of goods
  • Creation and updating of relevant documents (inventory lists, export declarations, delivery notes, incoming goods control templates and warehouse labels)
  • Execution of goods receipts
  • Responsible for the workshop
  • Depending on the need, deployment in production and in the workshop

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable professional qualification with relevant further training
  • Experience in packaging and shipping of national/international goods
  • Experience in mechanical and electronic goods receipt inspection
  • Indepth knowledge and very confident handling of mechanical workshop work
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Good English and German language skills
  • Manual dexterity and willingness to assist in the workshop

TYPE OF POSITION:
Full-time, part-time, fixed-term contract, freelance, mini-job

Contract duration: 12 months
