As an educational institution of the Professional Association of German Psychologists (BDP), the German Psychologists Academy is the leading provider of further education and training in the field of applied psychology in Germany.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to support the further development and quality assurance of our demanding postgraduate education program for psychotherapists in the field of clinical psychology/psychotherapy.

The German Psychologists Academy is looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Education Officer for the Department of Clinical Psychology/Psychotherapy (24 hours)

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Conceptualization, planning, and evaluation of inperson, online, and blended learning events, taking into account the current training needs of psychotherapists
  • Coordination of educational offerings with other departments of the German Psychologists Academy, the BDP, and psychotherapy chambers
  • Collaboration and networking with professional societies in the field of clinical psychology and psychotherapy
  • Implementation and professional support of certification processes

Your qualifications:

You are eligible to apply if you meet the following requirements:

  • License as a psychotherapist
  • At least 5 years of professional experience

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience in conceptualizing and conducting training events in the field of clinical psychology and psychotherapy
  • Knowledge of new forms of analog and digital teaching and learning
  • Conceptual ideas for the further development of the training program for psychotherapists
  • Experience in online teaching
